New Super Mario Bros Wii “Speedrun”: Straight run through of game to defeating Bowser: Part 4 of 5
This is part 4 of my New Super Mario Bros Wii “Speedrun”. This is a straight runthrough of the game from World 1-1 to defeating Bowser in World 8-Bowser Castle, using the cannon from World 1 to 5 and the cannon from World 5 to 8. This is the fastest way to beat the game other than taking the shortcut from World 8-2, which I will point out in that part, which takes you to World 8-7 and then to World 8-Flying Ship, thus skipping 4 levels. I did this all without restarting, on my Wii. It took about 1 hour in total but I managed to reduce it down to 50 minutes by speeding up all the parts where I died. I wasn’t trying to be as fast as I could have been, since I was mostly trying to make sure I was at least big Mario so that it was harder to me for die, which is why I collect mushrooms wherever I can. This total of all the parts is 50 minutes as I’ve said, so I suggest not watching them all in one go unless you have a lot of time to kill

Amusing, but it isn’t a real speedrun since you sped it up.

its funny when u died by a swarm of birds! how do you get past that lol? and its cool when u fast forward it. and then the second time Mario’s Ass catches fire…… and the rising lava mission was a bit freaky, I kept on getting my ass burnt there! and the third time Mario’s ass died again with his helicopter. and I love the cannons everywhere mission. But its kind of fake how you can kill a cannon blast by jumping on it.

That boss fight is awesome! it’s like a combination of the final boss of Mario World with the first form of Bowser in Yoshi’s Island. I love it!
